Back in high school, me and my buddies made/sold these comedy CDs for our comedy group A2K (think Adam Sandler’s early CDs). It was glorious, and I dare say there’s still much comedy gold hidden in those tracks (maybe I’ll post a couple selects up here at one point).
But we did this sketch called “Cliche” where all we did was speak in cliches, for the whole conversation. I’m pretty sure SNL got a hold of that sketch and copied it. Although, the production value on this rip-off is much better….
